If you have a problem with your Tamron lens, please complete first the online Tamron Service Form.
Once approved, you will receive an email with your specific Tamron Lens Return Number and all the details on how and where to send your Tamron lens.
(For repairs in other countries, please contact the relevant distributor.)
If you have any sample images which show the problem you are experiencing, then please enclose these with your equipment, ideally on a memory card.

Before sending in your lens you need to fill in the Tamron Service Form for approval of your service request. Once approved, you will receive an email with your specific Tamron Lens Return Number and all the details on how and where to send your Tamron lens.
Once the lens has been recieved by our Tamron Service Partner, they make an assessment of your lens based on the information you have given in order to process it under warranty if applicable.
In the event that your lens has suffered damage, which is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we will send you an estimate of the repair cost.
Once the lens has been recieved by our Tamron Service Partner, they make an assessment of your lens based on the information you have provide via the Tamron Service Form in order to process it. An estimate of the repair cost will be forwarded to you at all times.
Should you wish not to proceed with the repair and would like the lens returned, the only cost incurred by you would be return postage plus VAT. There is no additional charge for refused estimates.
Payment of the return cost for a non warranty repair will be made directly with our Tamron Service Partner.
Your repaired lens will be shipped back to you by our Tamron Service Partner. They can advise on likely delivery dates, but these may not be 100%.guaranteed.They cannot accept liability for any consequential loss arising from delayed deliveries. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery.
For shipping outside the UK, additonal costs would be applicable.
Your lens repair, or service, always has a specific Tamron Lens Return Number, from start to finish. During the service process we will use this number in our communications with you. This is also your direct reference when you want to enquire about your lens status.
