Tamron lenses have always been known for their exceptional quality. It is for this reason that Tamron offers a free extended warranty of 5 years if the product is successfully registered within two months of the date of purchase. Once registered, you are entitled to service provision as part of the 5 year warranty in all of the countries listed below.
The 5 year warranty is a voluntary guarantee offered by Tamron that you receive if you register your lens within two months of the date of purchase.

Your data will not be passed onto third parties and will only be used for the administration of the 5 year warranty.
When your online registration has been successfully completed, you will automatically receive confirmation by e-mail. If you have not yet registered with Tamron, you will initially receive an e-mail with the request to confirm your e-mail address. Please click on the link contained in the e-mail to complete the so-called "double opt-in identification" process. If there are any discrepancies, you will receive notification that your registration has only been provisionally accepted. In these cases, we will check and correct the information provided about the lens where necessary. Your registration will then either be accepted or rejected within a few days, in both cases you will be automatically notified by e-mail. If you have not received any response from us within six weeks, please write to us by e-mail at: support[at]transcontinenta.co.uk.
After completing your registration, we would be delighted if you were willingly to also take part in our survey. This data will help us to be able to also offer you high quality products and first-class service in the future.

In the event that you want to make a claim under warranty, please send us the product together with a copy of the 5 year warranty certificate and your purchase receipt. Please contact your local distributor for more information on this process.
