We are pleased to inform you that a firmware update for the 50-400mm F/4.5-6.3 Di III VC VXD (Model A067) for  Sony E mount, is now available.

Firmware Version Ver.4

Improvements

• AF performance during zooming will be improved when shooting videos and still images (in AF-C mode)

• with Sony α9 III, when its focus mode is set to AF-S, DMF, or MF, it will support continuous shooting at up to approximately 120 frames per second.
  

About the Firmware Update

Customers can update the firmware of their lenses themselves using TAMRON Lens Utility™ software.
