5 Year Warranty

To receive the extended 5-year warranty, the following conditions must be met:

1. Warranty registration

• Registration must be completed within two months of purchase.

2. Authorized countries

The warranty extension applies to buyers resident in the following countries:

• All countries of the European Union (EU)

• Andorra, Gibraltar, Iceland, Norway, Turkey, United Kingdom, Ukraine and Serbia

3. Authorized buyer

• End consumer

• Resident in one of the eligible countries (see point 2: "Authorized countries")

• First purchaser of the lens (the warranty is not transferable)

4. Authorized purchases

• The lens must be purchased from an authorized dealer

• The purchase must take place in an eligible country (see point 2)

• The lens must be brand new

• The product must be legally and officially imported (no gray-market imports)

• After successfully registering for a TAMRON customer account, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

• To complete the warranty registration, navigate to the "Register Warranty" section in your account. Please have the serial number of the lens, the date of purchase and the name of the dealer ready.

• Your application will be reviewed, and you will receive an email notification within a few days regarding its approval or rejection.

• If there are any inconsistencies, you will receive a provisional registration notification. In this case, TAMRON will verify your lens details and make necessary adjustments.

• If you do not receive a response within six weeks, please contact us at 5years(at)tamron.de.

• Once registration is successfully completed, your lens and corresponding warranty period will be visible under the "Digital Photo Bag" section of your account.
