Notice about Tamron repair service

Dear customers,

thank you for your continued patronage of Tamron products.

We wish to convey the current situation for repair of select lenses. In addition to recent difficulties obtaining electronic parts such as semiconductors, it has also become difficult to secure various repair parts due to the production discontinuation of these parts by suppliers.

We have made every effort to obtain these parts, but the following models can no longer be repaired depending on the part required to make a successful repair.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to our customers who have supported us, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this announcement.

Affected lens model

70-210mm F/4 Di VC USD Model A034 for Nikon and Canon

Symptom:

• AF malfunction

• Damage/scratches on the exterior (especially front part of the lens )

• Lens fogging/mildew/scratches, etc.

However, there are cases where repair is possible even with symptoms similar to those listed above. We can inform you whether repair is possible or not after inspecting the actual product.
