TAMRON lens firmware update for 150-500mm F/5-6.7 Di III VC VXD

On October 2, 2024, we announced on our website  a phenomenon found with our 150-500mm F/5-6.7 Di III VC VXD (Model A057) for Nikon Z mount regarding image stabilization when used with some of Nikon mirrorless cameras

We are pleased to announce that the symptom seen on this lens can now be corrected by updating the lens firmware.

Improved Phenomenon
When both the camera's "Vibration Reduction" and "Electronic Vibration Reduction" are turned on, the stabilization does not work correctly.

Customers can update the firmware of their lens themselves using TAMRON Lens Utility™ software.
