Tamron at Ifsec 2010

Also this year, Tamron exhibits at the Ifsec exhibition in Birmingham from 10. - 13. May.

We are going to show you the Tamron quality on various Live-presentations at our booth B45, in Hall 5.

This year there is a lot to see:

New vari-focal Megapixel lens for 1/3” Day & Night cameras:

The new IR corrected Megapixel lens from Tamron features a focal length range of 2.8-8mm and achieves a wide horizontal angle of over 100° on 1/3” cameras. The idea behind this lens is to allow you to monitor a wide scene in Megapixel resolution at daytime, as well as at night, without making any concession to the resolution. With a totally new optical design, the use of hybrid- aspherical lens elements and a special coating, this Megapixel lens keeps up its high resolution of several Megapixels even at IR light.

Improved version of our standard 3 mm – 8 mm with IR correction

The growing demand for higher resolutions can be seen not only in IP, but also in analogue surveillance systems. Tamron has therefore totally re-designed its well-proven standard 3-8mm IR lens. The new development can resolve 650 TVL even at IR light of 1000 nm.

Other Highlights

Find out how the Tamron optical image stabilizing system works that is already successfully applied in Tamron SLR lenses. The adoption of this technology to the field of CCTV opens new possibilities of video surveillance.

Of course you can as well see further Tamron products at our booth and we are happy to answer you any question regarding Tamron or regarding any other optical issue.
