Macro photography with the 70-300mm

The macro-switchover function makes a magnification ratio of up to 1:2 possible in the range of 180-300mm.   Hence, this tele-zoom is absolutely suitable for macro-photography. A working distance of 95cm originating from the long tele-end is advantageous for capturing images of insects and microorganisms, because as a rule flight distances must be observed.  On the whole, this universal telephoto lens also cuts a fine figure in macro-photography.
